Irish Examiner: TEDxTeen - Twitter couldn't get enough of the event showcasing these inspiring speakers

The We Are Family Foundation brought TEDxTeen back to London for an encore performance at the IndigO2.

The TEDxTeen website, to prepare spectators for the event, wrote: “We are the firsts. The first idea, the first innovation, the first collaboration, the first of its kind. You never saw us coming. Until now.

“We are navigators. We are creators. Our voices and actions generate movements.”

And to fuel such a philosophy, they invited inspiring speakers including actress Ella Purnell, model Mariah Idrissi, filmmaker Mukunda Angulo, Nile Rodgers and many more to the 02.

The day involved performances, ideas on how it is possible to change the world and how to empower yourself. So it’s no wonder that Twitter users were loving it and the hashtag #TEDxTeen was trending throughout the morning.
